Our longest running strength is within the CRM field where the founder has been working with customer service and sales and marketing systems for over 25 years. Another strong skill set lies with website design, development and implementation. Our primary focus being within the area of business blogging where we have worked with many businesses to increase their online presence via the integration of a blog and the use of other inbound marketing tools and tactics. Other areas of expertise include database design and development, business analysis, project management and graphical design.
