Need a business analyst or a project manager?  Having been involved on many projects, across a variety of industries, JVHM has a vast amount of expertise that can be brought to bear.  We know what questions to ask, what pitfalls to avoid and the right amount of methodology necessary to deliver the optimal solution.

Though JVHM typically is providing these resources in conjunction with the various CRM, web or database projects that we are involved in, we also engage in projects where only these services are required. Quite often this is in the context of performing an overall review of one’s current business process in an effort to find out where opportunities exist to enhance or re-invent the business.
